Regarding the glow command, is there any chance of making the location and
color/colour keywords optional?

That is:

glow {0.01 glow_type 1 location 0 colour rgb 1 turbulence 1}

becomes:

glow {0.01 glow_type 1 0 rgb 1 turbulence 1}

Would save my aching fingers a bit of typing.
